2. Products & Delivery Guarantee
We sell digital mock-exam materials and eBooks (“Products”).
Upon successful payment, we guarantee delivery of download links or file attachments to your email inbox.
If you do not receive access within 1 hour of payment, please notify us via our Contact Us page.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once payment is processed.
If you cannot access your purchased Product, we will work with you to resolve delivery issues via our Contact Us page.
4. License & Intellectual Property
ReviewerPH and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Products.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, access, and print the Products for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the Products—digital or printed—is strictly prohibited.
5. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, including a valid email address.
You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute the Products beyond your personal use.
You agree to abide by our anti-piracy measures, including expiring links and watermarks.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
ReviewerPH does not guarantee any particular exam result; pass-rate statistics are based on historical performance and do not guarantee individual outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReviewerPH, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Products.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to contact us for delivery assistance via our Contact Us page.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of Manila.
9. Changes to Terms
ReviewerPH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
